Masterson Capital Markets is a trade name of Swiftcap Advisors LLC and an independent commercial real estate debt advisor and consultant. It is not a bank or lender and is not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser; it does not make credit decisions, lend, guarantee financing, or offer or place securities. Debt placements and advisory are for commercial real estate financing only. It does not arrange residential loans, including single-family loans.

Website information is provided solely for general informational purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a security or financial instrument; or an offer, commitment, or approval to arrange or provide financing.

Financing is subject to lender underwriting, due diligence, credit approval, appraisal, documentation, market conditions, and applicable law. Indicative terms may be amended or withdrawn at any time, and no transaction is binding until definitive documents have been executed by the applicable parties. Borrowers and other parties should independently evaluate proposed financing and consult their own professional advisers.

Information obtained from borrowers, lenders, public sources, and other third parties is believed to be reliable, but its accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed. Examples, figures, rates, spreads, loan terms, deal summaries, lender categories, market commentary, and other website content are illustrative and informational only. Nothing on this website constitutes a commitment, guarantee, offer, or promise to lend, arrange, or place financing on specific terms. Actual availability, pricing, structure, and proceeds depend on lender underwriting, the asset and sponsor profile, market conditions, and other factors at the time of execution. Public-source data is not independently verified; users should verify information before relying on it for a transaction or investment decision. Program rules, rates, tax treatment, and market facts on this site are subject to change at any time. We work to keep the site current and are not responsible for a misstatement.

Compensation, if any, is governed by a separate written agreement and may be paid by a client, capital provider, or other transaction participant as disclosed in that agreement. Using this website or contacting the firm does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, or client relationship.

Real Estate Capital Partnerships

Principal-side transaction. In Real Estate Capital Partnerships transactions, an affiliate of Masterson Capital Markets acts as a principal together with institutional capital partners. It is not acting as the property owner’s advisor, broker or agent, and its interests as a buyer and landlord differ from yours as a seller and tenant. Any term sheet or letter of intent is non-binding and illustrative, and is subject to capital partner review and approval, underwriting, due diligence, an independent appraisal and definitive documentation. Owners should consult their own legal, tax, accounting and financial advisers. Nothing here is an offer to purchase any property.
